Armageddon 2.0

Very good ebook am workouts! I have completed the first Armageddon ebook and more than impressed by this one. I know so if the explainer videos are not the same as the stated workout which can maybe be a problem for some. But overall great 12 week workout with results!

Overall great

Overall it is a great program. My only complaint is that the explanation videos don’t always match up with the exercise name. So at times I am not sure what exercise I should be doing.
